Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and gain exposure to multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
- Process purchase, sales, journal, and payment entries.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with statutory compliances.
- Generate invoices and follow up on receivables.
- Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting records and documentation.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related discipline. M.Com or Semi-Qualified CA is an advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and compliance.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.
