Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in working on Tally and Ms Office. He/she should hold experience in generating & processing Invoices, assist in making purchase & sales entries.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Record debits and credits
- Maintain petty cash book records and bank transactions
- Generate and process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Assist Manager in preparing daily, monthly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile entries into the accounting system
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
Key Skills Required
- Hands-on work experience in Tally and MS Office
