We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with strong experience in accounting practices, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounting, GST compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting as per regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations as per accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow statements.
- Handle GST compliance – return filing, reconciliation GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and so on.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare stock statements and assist in financial analysis.
- Support audits (internal & statutory) and ensure documentation readiness.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce / finance
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting & compliance.
- Expertise in Zoho Books is mandate.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
