Job Title: Accounts and Finance Executive
Location: Bangalore, India

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The role involves managing invoices, reimbursements, vendor accounts, petty cash, basic bookkeeping, and supporting financial documentation and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
● Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions
● Post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
● Ensure proper accounting treatment as per company policies and accounting standards
● Maintain general ledger and supporting schedules
Invoicing & Billing
● Generate customer invoices and ensure timely dispatch
● Create and share payment links with customers
● Track invoice status and follow up for pending payments
● Reconcile invoices with receipts and bank statements
Vendor & Payables Management
● Manage vendor onboarding and documentation
● Process vendor invoices after verification and approvals
● Maintain vendor ledgers and ensure timely payments
● Coordinate with vendors for billing discrepancies and confirmations
Reimbursements & Petty Cash
● Process employee reimbursement claims as per company policy
● Verify supporting documents and approvals for reimbursements
● Maintain petty cash records and ensure regular reconciliation
● Handle petty cash disbursements and replenishments
Payments & Banking
● Assist in preparing payment schedules
● Process online payments, bank transfers, and cheque payments
● Support bank reconciliations on a regular basis
● Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming payments
Agreements & Documentation
● Assist in processing and maintaining financial agreements and contracts
● Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and record-keeping of agreements
● Coordinate with internal teams for agreement-related financial inputs
Compliance & Reporting Support
● Assist in GST/TDS or other statutory compliance documentation (if applicable)
● Support audits by providing required financial records and explanations
● Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, MBA or related field
● 2–5 years of experience in an accounts or finance role
● Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
● Experience with invoicing, reimbursements, and vendor management
● Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar)
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Exposure to statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)
● Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
