Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Indore. The Account Executive will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to match Emoha’s offerings. Key responsibilities include driving sales, meeting revenue targets, managing client portfolios, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales, client management, and business development
- Experience with customer service and support to maintain high client satisfaction
- Ability to assess client needs and tailor services effectively
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a service-oriented industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for working with senior citizens and understanding their unique needs is a plus
