The Role
Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close for enterprise deals through a mix of inbound and outbound motions. You'll work with HR and L&D leaders across the US, UK, Middle East, and APAC, positioning Edstellar's 2,000+ training programs and 10,000+ global trainers to solve workforce skill gaps.
What You'll Do
- Work inbound leads and proactively build outbound pipeline targeting enterprise accounts
- Qualify opportunities through structured discovery (BANT/MEDDIC) with senior stakeholders across geographies
- Deliver tailored capability presentations and handle commercial/technical objections
- Own enterprise deals end-to-end: proposals, negotiations, procurement navigation, and close
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in Zoho/Salesforce with ≥ 90% data hygiene
- Run multi-touch follow-ups across time zones (email, phone, LinkedIn, video)
- Collaborate with Solutioning, Marketing, and Field Sales on proposals and handoffs
- Track and own KPIs: response time, SQLs, win rate, deal size, cycle length
What You Bring
- 3–6 years in sales/AE roles with experience closing enterprise deals
- Proven experience selling to international clients (US/UK/Europe/Middle East)
- Track record of meeting revenue targets in SaaS, EdTech, corporate training, or HR tech
- Proficiency with CRM (Zoho/Salesforce) and sales-engagement tools
- Strong English communication; confident presenting to senior stakeholders on video
- Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long sales cycles
What Sets You Apart
- Experience selling corporate training, L&D platforms, or coaching solutions
- Familiarity with competency frameworks or training needs analysis
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator / ZoomInfo experience
- A second language relevant to target markets
