- ๐ Location: New Bapunagar, Near Jilla Garden, Furniture Street, Rajkot โ 360002 Rajkot, Gujarat)

- ๐ค Reports To: Accounts Manager / Director
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the overall accounting process of the organization.
- ๐ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses)
- Handle billing, invoicing & payment follow-ups
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Perform bank reconciliation & ledger verification
- Ensure accurate data entry in accounting software (Tally / ERP)
- Assist in GST filing, compliance & documentation
- Prepare financial reports and MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data
- Maintain proper records, files & documentation

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Tally / Excel / ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Time management & ability to meet deadlines

- Bachelorโs degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance
- 1โ8 years of relevant experience
