📍 Location: Office No. 615, Vishwa Sadan, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110018
💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)
About the RoleAffinity Distribution and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in statutory compliance, and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting operations accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in monthly closing and MIS reporting.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in B.Com / Accounting.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
