Role Description
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 4-5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts records, handling cash transactions, tracking expenses, and supporting routine finance activities. The role also includes invoice management, payment follow-ups, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and maintaining proper financial documentation including bills, vouchers, and GST records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in Accounts or Finance roles
- Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting processes
- Understanding of cash handling, invoices, vouchers, and reconciliations
- Knowledge of GST and basic financial documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage records and daily financial entries efficiently
- Candidates residing on the Western Line and willing to travel to Santacruz West preferred
