Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key day-to-day tasks include prospecting and acquiring new clients, managing account portfolios, presenting company products and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and contribute to the broader success of Decathlon.

- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to collaborate with teams
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Sports-oriented or an affinity for sports is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
