ContraVault AI is building AI software for tendering teams. We help companies analyse tenders faster, identify risks, check eligibility, prepare summaries, generate pre-bid queries, and manage bid workflows with more accuracy.
Our customers and prospects include infrastructure, EPC, construction, power, manufacturing, and government contracting teams that deal with long tender documents, complex compliance requirements, and tight submission timelines.
We are now hiring an Account Executive to help us convert qualified leads, run strong product demos, manage pilots, and close enterprise accounts.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive at ContraVault AI, you will own the sales conversation from discovery to closure. You will speak with tendering heads, BD teams, proposal teams, contract teams, and senior leadership to understand their tendering process and show how ContraVault AI can fit into their workflow.
This is a hands-on sales role. You should be comfortable doing discovery calls, product demos, follow-ups, pilot tracking, proposal discussions, and closing conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own qualified opportunities from discovery call to closure.
- Run product demos for tendering, BD, proposal, contracts, and management teams.
- Understand the customer’s tendering workflow, pain points, team structure, and current manual process.
- Manage pilots and testing accounts closely so prospects stay engaged during the evaluation period.
- Coordinate with product, customer success, and leadership to ensure the right use cases are demonstrated.
- Prepare follow-up notes, proposals, pricing discussions, and next steps after meetings.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and update deal status, stakeholder details, pain points, testing progress, and next actions.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and internal champions.
- Work closely with founders and the GTM team to improve messaging, sales process, and conversion rates.
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, construction tech, infra-tech, procurement tech, or similar domains.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain a technical product in simple business language.
- Ability to ask sharp discovery questions and understand customer workflows deeply.
- Comfort speaking with senior leaders, tendering heads, BD teams, and proposal teams.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple demos, pilots, and conversations at the same time.
- Good understanding of sales stages, objection handling, proposal discussions, and deal closure.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where processes are still being built.
