Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Gurgaon
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client campaigns from planning to execution, coordinating with internal teams, creating compelling marketing collateral, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery. This role requires strong communication, content understanding, proposal creation, and exposure to sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
- Coordinate with content, design, PR, and marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Create engaging marketing copies, campaign briefs, and promotional content.
- Prepare professional pitch decks, client presentations, and customized proposals.
- Work closely with the sales team to support business development initiatives and client onboarding.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign analysis.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact during campaign execution.
- Collaborate with the PR and content teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
- Track project timelines and deliverables and ensure high-quality execution.
- Support sales operations by maintaining documentation, proposals, quotations, and client records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Marketing, PR, or Sales Operations.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning and delivery.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience creating pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.
- Knowledge of Content Marketing and Public Relations processes.
- Exposure to sales operations and client lifecycle management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing, media, advertising, or Web3/Crypto company.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
