Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri for the role of Account Executive. The Account Executive will engage in managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring their travel needs are met. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, coordinating travel plans, overseeing bookings and itineraries, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves staying updated on available destinations and services, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Service Orientation
- Experience in Account Management and Coordination with a focus on tourism or travel-related services
- Knowledge of destinations, travel services, and local tourism trends, particularly in Northeast India, Bhutan, and Andaman
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in using tally prime, microsoft excel, booking software, and standard office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable
