Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Account Executive at Clapjoy Toys. The Account Executive will collaborate with prospective and current clients to drive sales, foster relationships, and promote our product range. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging new business opportunities, managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, preparing sales proposals, and achieving individual and team sales goals. The role also involves gathering customer feedback to support product and service improvements while maintaining strong communication with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in account management, client relations, and customer service
- Strong negotiation, sales, and presentation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving expertise to identify client needs
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and understanding of market trends
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the toy, retail, or consumer products industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
