Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management:

• Manage credit customer accounts receivables with accuracy and discipline.
• Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) follow-up with CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) to facilitate smooth collection and reconciliation.

Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution:

• Conduct periodic reconciliation of credit buyer accounts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.

Accounting & Inventory:

• Apply general accounting knowledge to daily operations, including stock and inventory management.
• Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams for inventory accuracy.

SAP Operations:

• Work within SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules for transactional accuracy, reporting, and financial documentation.

GST & Statutory Compliance:

• Possess sound knowledge and hands-on experience in GST accounting.
• Ensure accurate input credit management, timely reconciliation, and adherence to all GST statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter/MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the FMCG or Personal Care sector.
• Proficient in SAP (FI, CO, SD modules) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and compliance-oriented.
