About Us
Catalyst Design is a retail fabrication and design company working with leading fashion and lifestyle brands across India. We specialize in retail environments, branding, fabrication, visual merchandising, and execution solutions for premium retail spaces.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts Department and support the company’s day-to-day financial operations.
Position
Accounts Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Mumbai, Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Pass accounting entries and maintain records in Tally/ERP software
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Coordinate vendor payments and customer follow-ups
- Assist in GST filings, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and financial records
- Support monthly MIS reports and financial reporting activities
- Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, and internal teams when required
- Monitor petty cash, reimbursements, and expense tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance Department
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting fundamentals
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Profile
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, retail, or project-based industries will be an advantage
- Familiarity with vendor management and project billing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
