Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Gandhidham. The Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of clients in sectors such as PEB, industrial piping, solar structures, and related engineering solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. The role involves conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding technical requirements, and translating them into clear commercial offers. The Account Executive will maintain regular communication with customers, track order status, support billing and collections, and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in engineering, construction, steel structures, or related industrial sectors.
- Ability to understand and discuss basic technical concepts related to PEB, industrial piping, and structural fabrication with clients and internal teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for proposals, reports, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with field visits, on-site client meetings, and coordination with project and engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, meet targets, and adapt in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
