Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Pune Division for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, assisting in audits, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational financial goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
- Familiarity with Auditing Processes and Tax Compliance
- Skills in Financial Analysis and Budgeting
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in an accounting or financial role preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) are a plus
