Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for occasional remote work. As an Account Executive at BSM Group, you will manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include prospecting new clients, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and maintaining long-term relationships with international and domestic clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored business solutions
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and nurture client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of sales analytics
- Familiarity with industrial or commercial construction and international client interactions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for client success
