Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Patna. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, advise on compliance and regulatory requirements, and provide financial reporting and business insights. The role involves engagement with MSMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs, identifying their business needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction while meeting internal performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and documentation processes
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and insights analysis
- Client relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to understanding client needs
- Prior experience in similar roles or industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of financial or compliance software is a plus
