Job Title: Accounts Executive / Financial Data Analyst – Offline Stores/Export
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with exceptional Excel and data analysis skills to manage the complete financial lifecycle of our offline retail stores and export business. The role requires end-to-end ownership — from payment collection reconciliation to store/export-level profit & loss analysis — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance & Accounting
- Take complete ownership of offline store/export accounts
- Reconcile daily sales, cash, card, UPI, and other payment collections
- Track and validate bank settlements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate ledger entries
- Reconciliation & Controls
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of store transactions
- Identify variances, shortages, or excesses and coordinate resolution
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare store-wise and region-wise MIS reports
- Analyze sales, margins, expenses, and profitability
- Generate P&L statements for individual offline stores
- Highlight trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Excel & Data Management
- Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS– preferred)
- Manage large datasets with high accuracy
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible
- Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with store managers, operations, and finance teams
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial controls
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-5 years experience in accounting, retail finance, or data analysis
