Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Wardha. The Account Executive will manage day-to-day client relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure timely communication with customers, distributors, and partners. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, maintaining sales and account records, tracking payments, and coordinating with internal teams such as operations, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution. The person in this role will support business development activities, assist in preparing presentations and proposals, and gather market feedback to identify new opportunities. The Account Executive will also contribute to reporting and documentation, including maintaining CRM or account databases, and supporting compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, sales support, or customer relationship roles, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM or account management tools.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Comfort working on-site in Wardha and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in sustainable energy, agriculture, or rural development and willingness to learn about biofuels and related products.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a growth-oriented, mission-driven environment.
