Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Tally, and preparation of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally
Record daily financial transactions, invoices, and expenses
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
2. GST & Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Ensure proper GST invoicing and compliance
Handle GST reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
3. TDS & Statutory Compliance
Deduct and file TDS returns as per applicable laws
Ensure timely payment of TDS and other statutory dues
Maintain records for compliance and audits
4. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports
Support audits and provide required documentation
5. Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (CA, auditors)
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
Hands-on experience in Tally (ERP)
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience working in SMEs/startups is a plus

Timely filing of GST and TDS returns
Error-free financial reporting and compliance
