Role Description:
The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, responsible for driving business growth and managing relationships with healthcare providers and institutional clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and promoting AVMLabs’ diagnostic services and solutions. The Account Executive will oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, prepare proposals and quotations, and ensure timely follow-up and customer support. They will collaborate with internal teams, including operations and technical staff, to address client requirements, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The role also includes regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, and participation in events or outreach initiatives that strengthen AVMLabs’ presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
• Assist with bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of routine financial reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting/compliance-related activities as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and internal review.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing, payments, and account-related queries. Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST, and TDS.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications; knowledge of Tally/ERP is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and organizational skills.
