Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gorakhpur. The individual in this role will manage client accounts related to income tax, GST, company incorporation, and other business compliance services, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, filing, and follow-up. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, preparing reports and summaries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date records in line with regulatory guidelines. The Account Executive will also support client onboarding, assist in resolving queries, and contribute to improving internal processes for efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and professional correspondence.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of income tax, GST, and general business compliance processes or a strong interest in learning these domains.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, record-keeping, and basic data analysis using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing software).
- Candidates should possess abilities in time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
- Candidates should possess collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, consulting, or financial services is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
- Comfort with learning new software tools and working in a structured, compliant environment is beneficial.
