JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Follow up on daily payment collections for the South zone and other critical zones to ensure timely payments and resolve any payment-related issues.
· Deposit cheques into the bank on a daily basis.
· Follow up on Cash on Delivery (COD) with courier partners.
· Follow up on Accounts Receivable (A/R) and COD.
· Send courier dispatch details to the concerned party.
