We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage client relationships and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and business objectives
- Translate client needs into clear briefs and share them with internal teams (creative, media, content, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
- Manage multiple client accounts and track project progress
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams
- Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand existing accounts
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing / account management (preferably in an agency)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of advertising and marketing processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
