Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities to meet client needs, and developing strategies to achieve business goals. Duties include prospecting potential clients, providing expert guidance on recruitment and immigration services, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with teams to analyze market trends and enabling a smooth recruitment and immigration process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and immigration services is an advantage
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide insightful recommendations
- Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms is preferred
- Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable
