About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, reconciliations, GST, and financial reporting while ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
• Maintain accurate accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, receipts, and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Compliance & Reporting
• Prepare and assist in GST filings and statutory compliance.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and financial records.
• Generate MIS reports and financial reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders during audits.
Financial Management
• Ensure timely processing of accounting transactions.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and vendor payments.
• Support finance initiatives to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST compliance.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or related industries.
• Knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with accounting audits and financial documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
