Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Dera Bassi. The Account Executive will manage relationships with healthcare customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Allengers solutions across medical devices and healthcare IT. Responsibilities include generating new business, following up on leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and supporting contract negotiations. The role involves coordinating product demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams (sales, service, and technical support), and ensuring timely delivery and after-sales follow-up. The Account Executive will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide market feedback to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and relationship-building with healthcare stakeholders.
- Business development and negotiation capabilities, with experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Basic technical understanding of medical devices and healthcare IT solutions, with the ability to explain product features and benefits to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data-driven reporting to track sales pipeline and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; experience in medical devices or healthcare technology sales is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet assigned sales targets and timelines.
