Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Key tasks include identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaboration with the technical team to ensure client needs are fully addressed and delivering exceptional customer service to strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in market research and identification of new business opportunities
- Basic understanding of protected cultivation technologies and greenhouse solutions is a plus
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools
- Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the agriculture or manufacturing sector is desirable
