Role Description
The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and developing tailored sustainability solutions. The role involves ensuring the successful delivery of services, preparing sales proposals, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The Account Executive will also participate in strategic planning and provide support for marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in account management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
