Job description
- Implementing Financial Controls and Risk Management Strategiestrong knowledge of Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- GST compliance – returns, filings, reconciliation
- TDS computation & returns
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Month-end & year-end closing
- Preparation of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Knowledge of Income Tax basics
- Experience with audits and coordination with auditors
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Handling invoicing, billing, and expense management
- Good understanding of statutory compliances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Experience Requirement Mandatory skills:
- Inter B.Com/CA(Inter)/ CMA/ CWA/M. Com with 2+ years of industry experience
- Hand on experience in handling end to end processes within accounting department
- Prior Experience in Tally ERP prime is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solver, detailed oriented, and appreciation for accuracy.
- Ability to efficiently provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate complex scenarios and topics in a clear and ingestible manner.
- Advanced Excel knowledge
