Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with at least 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and be comfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record and categorize transactions accurately
- Prepare and review financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure books are accurate and up to date
- Communicate with the team regarding accounting queries
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (preferred)
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
