Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Account Executive. The responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. The Account Executive will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, prepare sales reports, and assist clients in finding packaging solutions tailored to their requirements. Additional tasks may include market research and contributing to the company’s strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and managing relationships effectively.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying client needs and crafting bespoke solutions.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic understanding of sales report preparation.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry, is an advantage.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
