Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role, located in Bengaluru. The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding client accounts, providing top-tier customer support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met. The role also involves preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about industry trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities and close deals
- Account Management and Client Relationship skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and stakeholder interaction
- Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Forecasting to support strategic planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the packaging industry or similar sectors is a plus
