About the role
We are looking for an Account Executive to help build the sales motion for an early-stage AI Product (B2B). This is a hands-on role for someone who can run discovery, give strong demos, follow up consistently, and close deals.
This is not a role inside a mature sales machine. You will work closely with the founders, help sharpen the pitch, and contribute directly to how the first repeatable sales process is built.
What you will do
- Run discovery calls with enterprise and mid-market buyers
- Understand hiring, workflow, or business pain and connect it to the product clearly
- Lead demos and tailor the pitch based on the customer context
- Drive follow-ups, proposals, and closures with strong ownership
- Maintain clear deal movement across every stage of the funnel
- Work closely with product and founders to improve messaging based on customer feedback
What we are looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles
- Strong discovery and demo ability
- Good written and verbal communication
- High ownership and follow-through
- Comfort working in ambiguity and early-stage environments
- Ability to sell consultatively rather than just present features
Good to have
- Experience in SaaS, HR-tech, or a workflow product
- Experience selling to business leaders, HR leaders, or enterprise stakeholders
- Startup experience
