Account Executive (AE) – SaaS Sales
Trulyinbox | Email Deliverability & Warm-up Platform
Trulyinbox is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping founders, SDRs, agencies, and outbound teams improve email deliverability through intelligent email warm-up and inbox management.
With 1,200–1,500 new signups every month, we operate in a strong PLG motion where users start small (from $29/month) and scale up to $5K+ annual contracts based on inbox volume and sending needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the Revenue Layer on Top of PLG
Convert high-intent trial users into paid customers and identify expansion opportunities across accounts.
Work closely with marketing to qualify inbound signups and move serious users toward demos, custom plans, and annual contracts.
Explain warm-up infrastructure, inbox health, spam risk, deliverability best practices, and scaling strategy — not just features.
- Close Mid-Market & Agency Deals
Negotiate pricing, annual contracts, and multi-inbox scaling packages.
Identify upsell triggers (inbox growth, sending volume increase, team expansion) and proactively drive upgrades.
- Deliver Customer Insights to Product
Bring feedback from active senders, agencies, and outbound teams to improve onboarding, automation, and performance metrics.
What You Bring:
Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years experience in SaaS sales (preferably outbound / martech / sales-tech)
- Strong understanding of cold email, inbox rotation, deliverability, and domain reputation
- Comfortable discussing KPIs like open rate, reply rate, spam score, inbox health
- Experience closing annual contracts ($1K–$5K ACV range)
- Strong objection handling (deliverability skepticism is real — you must handle it confidently)
