As we accelerate our go-to-market in the US healthcare sector, we are looking for a seasoned Account Executive who understands the healthcare landscape deeply — from payers and providers to health-tech vendors — and knows how to sell transformative AI solutions to complex, compliance-driven organizations.
Role Summary
You will own the full sales cycle for RagaAI's healthcare vertical in the US market from prospecting and discovery through to close and expansion. You will work closely with product, marketing, and customer success to craft compelling narratives for healthcare buyers and build long-term partnerships with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close for US healthcare accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue net-new opportunities across payers, providers, health-tech companies, and life sciences organizations.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of $2M+ in annual recurring revenue (ARR) through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, partner referrals, and events.
- Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's AI initiatives, compliance requirements (HIPAA, ONC, FDA), and organizational priorities to position RagaAI's value effectively.
- Engage and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving CIOs, CMIOs, CTOs, compliance officers, and clinical informatics leaders.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and the product team to deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept engagements that resonate with healthcare buyers.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, high satisfaction, and expansion within existing accounts.
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and deal updates in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) on a weekly basis.
- Represent RagaAI at key healthcare and AI industry events, conferences (e.g., HIMSS, ViVE), and executive roundtables.
- Act as the voice of the US healthcare market internally — feeding back buyer insights, competitive intelligence, and product gaps to product and marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 2+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years focused exclusively on the US healthcare market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas selling to US healthcare organizations (payers, providers, IDNs, or health-tech).
- Deep domain knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem — reimbursement models, care delivery, health IT standards (HL7, FHIR), regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, FDA), and key market dynamics.
- Experience selling complex, technical solutions (AI/ML, data analytics, clinical decision support, or health IT platforms) to senior healthcare executives.
- Demonstrated ability to run multi-threaded enterprise deals with 6–18 month sales cycles, involving procurement, legal, security, and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong network of relationships with decision-makers across US healthcare organizations.

- Consultative selling approach; a trusted advisor, not just a quota carrier.
- High emotional intelligence and executive presence, comfortable presenting to C-suite leaders.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring enterprise SaaS agreements, including multi-year deals and usage-based pricing.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement platforms, and pipeline management best practices.
