About the Role
We are expanding our Sales & Growth team and looking for a driven Account Executive who wants real exposure to B2B sales, digital outreach, and business development.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate leads, engage senior decision-makers, conduct product demonstrations, and support revenue growth.
If you are serious about building a career in B2B sales and marketing, this role will give you practical, hands-on experience with real clients and measurable targets.

We work with leadership teams to improve customer interaction monitoring, performance tracking, and compliance visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other platforms
- Run LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns independently
- Connect with senior leadership to schedule appointments
- Conduct product demonstrations for B2B clients
- Maintain and manage lead data in MS Excel
- Track daily activities and share performance reports
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution
- Support growth initiatives and new business opportunities
Tools & Skills Required
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM systems
- Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
- Ability to conduct professional product demos
- Self-disciplined and target-oriented
Preferred Background
- Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) or relevant specialization
- Exposure to Banking, NBFC, Customer Service, Collections, or Call Center industry
- Familiarity with Canva or basic content creation tools (added advantage)
