About the Role
We're hiring an Account Executive with a proven SaaS sales track record to own and grow revenue across UAE, UK, and APAC markets. You'll sell a focused suite of SaaS products — including CRM, ERP, and HR platforms — to mid-market and enterprise buyers ready to scale their operations.
This role is exclusively for candidates with SaaS product sales experience. If your background is in IT services, consulting, or systems integration, this role is not the right fit.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to signed contract — across UAE, UK, and APAC
- Run consultative discovery calls and tailored product demos across CRM, ERP, and HR SaaS use cases
- Build and manage pipeline through outbound sequences, LinkedIn prospecting, and inbound follow-up
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across HR, IT, Sales, and Operations teams in mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM daily
- Collaborate with pre-sales and implementation teams for clean post-close handoffs
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly ARR and pipeline targets
- Represent the brand at regional events, webinars, and virtual summits
What You Must Bring
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS product sales experience — not IT services, not consulting — direct SaaS quota-carrying roles only
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals end-to-end, with verifiable ARR or revenue numbers
- Hands-on selling experience with any CRM, ERP, or HR SaaS platform (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, Darwinbox, BambooHR, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of outbound sales sequences and automation workflows
- Prior exposure to UAE, UK, or APAC markets — you understand buyer behavior and business culture in these regions
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal
- Comfortable working across time zones to serve international clients
- Self-driven, data-oriented, and CRM-native in your daily workflow
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or Instantly
- Arabic or regional language proficiency
- Background in a startup or scale-up SaaS environment
