Job Title: Account Executive – Advertising Agency
Role Overview
An Account Executive serves as a day-to-day contact for clients, helping coordinate and execute advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with strong organizational and communication skills, and an interest in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination
- Assist in managing client accounts and communications
- Take briefs from clients and share them with internal teams
- Ensure client requirements are clearly understood and executed
Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and rollout of campaigns across:
- Social media
- Search (Google Ads)
- Display and digital platforms
- Coordinate with creative, media, and content teams
- Track timelines and ensure deliverables are met
Project Management
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and status updates
- Follow up internally to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Help manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing campaign performance reports
- Track key metrics like impressions, clicks, and conversions
- Share insights with the team for optimization
Administrative Support
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and client documents
- Manage billing coordination and campaign documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms
