Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead PR accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive strategic communication campaigns. The ideal candidate should have agency experience, excellent media relations, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple PR accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute PR and communication strategies.
- Drive media outreach and strengthen media relations.
- Mentor and manage the PR team.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business pitches.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of PR agency experience.
- Strong media network and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
