About the Role
While working independently, you will be expected to collaborate with senior stakeholders within the organization & be the change driver & work on various Tactical, Strategic initiatives. Role demand holistic understanding of the BPM & IT services industry.
Responsibilities
Account Governance: -
- Formalize account governance plan & define execution roadmap
- Identify governance gaps and improvement areas with delivery teams
- Strengthen processes & reporting via HR/Finance collaboration and tech enablement
- Enable seamless support for client requirements through internal collaboration
- Drive monthly/quarterly governance forums with strong dashboard readiness
- Ensure people metrics reporting for clients (planned + ad hoc)
- Communicate progress, updates, and next steps to stakeholders
- Track OKRs and drive corrective actions for deviations
*Financial Management
Account Budget
- Execute annual budget planning
- Monitor progress via monthly/quarterly reporting
- Identify efficiency opportunities and enhance controllership
Headcount Tracking & Invoicing
- Manage end-to-end invoicing cycles
- Improve financial processes and reduce gaps
- Proactively flag invoicing risks with enabling teams
Business / Financial Analysis
- Build client/internal business analysis reports
- Define data-driven KPIs and ratios for financial insights
Contract Management
- Manage SOWs, MSAs, renewals, and addendums
- Act as custodian for contract changes and compliance
- Drive contract awareness and strengthen governance controls
Client Management
- Act as client advocate within the organization
- Collaborate internally to meet client expectations
- Drive change initiatives across client and internal teams
- Manage voice of customer (VoC/NPS) and action plans
Strategic Projects & Opportunities
- Identify and track account-level opportunities
- Support proposal development and project execution
- Drive operational transformation initiatives
Leadership Support
- Independently support leadership stakeholders
- Deliver insights, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Demonstrate thought leadership in decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelors Required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years' experience in P&C Insurance Industry.
- Preferred Certification: Insurance Certification (e.g. CII or INS/CPCU).
- Lean / Six sigma trained or certified (preferred).
- High Proficiency or certification in MS suites like MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Visio, MS Word.
- Agile Scrum/PMP Certification/ Prince 2 (one of them).
Required Skills: -
- Proven capability with Excel, Presentation and other visualization tools.
- Proven ability to understand numbers & establish business outcomes.
- In depth understanding of the P&C Insurance Domain, preferably from Specialty Insurance.
- Detailed, practical understanding of insurance operations.
- In-depth knowledge of functional areas within diverse insurance organizations.
- A confident presenter self-starter & collaborates with stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel with occasional international trip.
