Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Director based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Account Director will oversee client account operations, manage and lead teams, drive sales initiatives, and ensure project deliverables are achieved within set timelines. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, aligning team goals with client objectives, and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and meet organizational targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and a proven ability to maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership, fostering collaboration and motivation
- Strong skills in Sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Competence in Project Management, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with telecommunications or AI-driven technologies is a plus
