To lead this charge, we have established an elite Growth Team—an internal advisory firm that shatters the traditional consulting model. We move beyond purely theoretical advice and the cyclical nature of project-based work. Our Growth Principals are vested partners in our clients' long-term success. They take full, end-to-end ownership of our most strategic customers (the PGSB portfolio), from architecting the initial transformation roadmap to ensuring its successful implementation and capturing the value it creates.
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join this entrepreneurial group. This is a rare opportunity for a Director-level leader to break free from the confines of a purely advisory role. Here, you will not just influence; you will build, lead, and hold genuine P&L responsibility. You will be empowered to make decisions, shape a practice, and forge a legacy by driving tangible, transformative outcomes for our most important clients. What You'll Do
- Spearhead Client Origination: You will be responsible for originating and cultivating new enterprise client relationships. This goes beyond sales; it involves strategic networking, C-suite engagement, and building a compelling case for AI-led transformation.
- Drive Strategic Account Expansion: Acting as the senior client partner for a select portfolio (up to 3 accounts), you will serve as a trusted advisor, identifying and shaping opportunities to embed our Data, AI, and Cloud capabilities deeper into the client's business.
- Own end to end lifecycle: You will have full commercial ownership of your client portfolio, from initial engagement through successful delivery and long-term growth, with direct accountability for targets like Annual Contract Value (ACV) and Total Contract Value (TCV).
- Deliver Excellence: Act as the single point of accountability for your accounts, ensuring successful project delivery, high customer satisfaction (CSAT), and strong account health.
- Shape Go To Market Strategy: As a senior member of the Growth Team, you will actively contribute to defining our GTM strategy, developing reusable intellectual property, and establishing our brand as a leader in AI-led transformation.
What You'll Bring
- An undergraduate degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
- An MBA from a top-tier institution.
- A seasoned consulting leader with 12-18 years of experience, currently operating at a Director (or equivalent) level within a Big 4 advisory firm or a leading technology consulting practice.
- Deep advisory expertise in AI-led Transformation, with a proven ability to frame complex technology solutions in the language of business value (ROI, TCO, strategic differentiation).
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and build trusted relationships.
- Strong financial acumen with a clear understanding of metrics like ACV and TCV.
- A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas.
- Possesses a powerful combination of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and an entrepreneurial "builder's mindset." You are someone who wants to shape a practice, not just inherit one.
