Role Summary
We are looking for a Director – Account Management at dentsu to lead a cluster of automotive accounts. This role requires strong expertise in client servicing, strategic planning, and digital marketing, along with hands-on experience in managing large budgets, leading teams, and delivering high-quality, integrated campaigns across digital and mainline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client servicing for a cluster of accounts.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal agency teams.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective brand and campaign strategies.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital.
- Plan and implement digital strategies aligned with client goals.
- Own and manage large client budgets, commercial deliverables, and overall account profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and deliver campaigns aligned to client briefs.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all agency stakeholders.
- Refine campaign details and proactively address client challenges.
- Be accountable for account performance, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Lead and manage a team of client servicing professionals.
Experience & Skills
- 5–6 years of experience in account management/client servicing within a leading advertising agency.
- Proven experience across digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including influencer marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong client-service mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
