About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead large-scale experiential marketing programs for a global enterprise client.
This is a client-facing, strategy-led role where you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery — from ideation and planning to execution and stakeholder management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, and operations to deliver impactful brand experiences, events, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term growth
- Own end-to-end experiential programs including events, conferences, and brand activations
- Drive program strategy, planning, and execution aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to deliver seamless experiences
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor ecosystems
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
What we are looking for
- 10–15+ years of experience in experiential marketing / events industry
- Strong background in event agencies / experiential marketing agencies
- Proven experience handling large-scale corporate events, activations, or conferences
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets, teams, and multiple projects
- Ability to balance strategy + execution
