Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Department Staff based in the Greater Allahabad Area. The individual in this role will handle financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting. Responsibilities include account management, customer communication, and assisting with audits and budget preparations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies while working collaboratively with the finance team.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, resolving discrepancies, and supporting financial decision-making
- Proficient Communication skills to interact with internal teams and customers effectively
- Expertise in Finance and proficiency in managing accounts and financial reporting
- Excellent Customer Service and Account Management skills to maintain client relationships and handle queries
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is an advantage
