Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District for an Account, Marketing, and Personal Assistant. The role involves managing accounts, supporting marketing efforts, and serving as a personal assistant to effectively coordinate business operations. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining customer relationships, supporting marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to executives. The role demands effective multitasking and proactive communication to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Account Management for handling financial transactions and records
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, resolve issues, and assist in business decision-making
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships and clear internal coordination
- Ability to manage personal assistance tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and task prioritization
- Organizational and time-management abilities to oversee multiple responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency in relevant financial or business management software is an advantage
- Prior experience in the automotive or related industries is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
